Director of Supply Chain
Tony Startare is director of supply chain for Intervala, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s purchasing and quoting departments across all sites. Tony has more than 20 years of combined engineering, program management and supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
Prior to joining Intervala in 2024, Tony worked at Westinghouse Electric Company as their Design-to-Value Project Leader. In that position, Tony was heavily focused on product cost management and a new product development process launch, both of which required exceptional planning and leadership skills. Prior to his role at Westinghouse, Tony spent 13 years at Philips Respironics where he was a Senior Innovation Program Manager. While there, he led several new product teams developing products over three platforms and he worked closely with executive leadership to create product and technology road maps for these programs. Tony also had over 20 direct reports in this position, priming him for future leadership roles.
Tony also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration from Kettering University with a focus on new product development.
