Ken Desrochers is director of operations for Intervala’s Manchester, N.H., manufacturing operation. He leads the facility’s production, production control and manufacturing engineering functions and directs continuous improvement programs at the site. Ken’s career in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry spans more than 30 years and includes experience in the manufacture of capital equipment, printed circuit boards, box build assemblies, medical products and robotics for customers in the commercial, industrial, medical and defense markets.
Ken joined Intervala in 2022 with the company’s acquisition of EPE Corporation. He began his EMS career as a production supervisor for EPE, ultimately working his way up to program manager before spending 18 years with Benchmark Electronics. While at Benchmark, Ken held a series of progressively responsible positions culminating with general manager for the company’s New Hampshire division. He returned to EPE in 2018 to manage the facility’s operations.
