The most exciting thing about Human Resources is no day is the same as the day before.
We have several projects happening at once and observing the Human Resources team at Intervala coordinate them is inspiring. I appreciate the opportunity this internship has provided to experience real-world situations and lessons. This internship has reconfirmed for me that this is a role I see myself in long term.
