Last week Intervala concluded its school supply drive to benefit victims of Hurricane Harvey. Our employees came together to collect over 1,000 new supplies, including hundreds of crayons, notebooks, rulers, erasers and pencils, for children affected by the disaster. President and CEO Teresa Huber was on hand to help with the delivery. We partnered with Pittsburgh-based Brother’s Brother Foundation (BBF) to have these much-needed items delivered.

The category 4 hurricane dumped over 30 trillion gallons of water over Texas and Louisiana and forced more than 30,000 people, including many children, into emergency shelters. BBF has served 149 countries worldwide with over 105,000 tons of medicines, medical equipment, textbooks, educational supplies, and emergency disaster aid since its founding in 1958. A huge thank you to our employees for their amazing generosity and to BBF for all they do!
